The mission of Hope For Afghan Women is to help women and children living in absolute poverty. The main cause of the current economic precariousness is the arrival of the Taliban in power and, with it, the massive exodus of the intellectual class and the youth, on whom the government had invested enormously over the last 24 years in order to build a stable future for Afghanistan. The country has suddenly lost everything it had struggled to build in recent years, and women are the first victims of the restrictive policy introduced by the regime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The executive director of the World Food Program (WFP), David Beasley, stressed that Afghanistan is experiencing one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world, with the collapse of food security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hope For Afghan Women started its activities in 2020 with a particular focus on women's training and children's schooling, with a very specific goal: the empowerment of vulnerable populations, and in this case the empowerment of women and girls, poor parents of the Afghan system.

The objective of the association is to provide for the vital needs of vulnerable families, and then to help them develop a lucrative activity in order to escape the spiral of poverty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration between Hope for Afghan Women and Soraya Creation Mode is based on a common history, deeply rooted in exile, solidarity, and lasting commitment to Afghan women.<\/p>\n\n\n

L\u2019association a notamment permis l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un centre d\u2019accueil \u00e0 Kaboul, offrant un accompagnement r\u00e9gulier aux femmes et aux enfants d\u00e9munis. Nos actions visent \u00e0 favoriser leur autonomie \u00e9conomique, leur dignit\u00e9 et leur protection, dans un contexte extr\u00eamement fragile. Dans cette dynamique, Soraya Cr\u00e9ations Mode, fond\u00e9e et port\u00e9e par ma soeur Homayra Kardan, joue un r\u00f4le essentiel. \u00c0 travers la vente de produits artisanaux \u2013 notamment des vestes confectionn\u00e9es par les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de nos programmes \u2013 Soraya Cr\u00e9ations Mode s\u2019engage a reverser 40% de ses b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 l\u2019association Hope for Afghan Women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
